The National Trust in North Devon are hosting a fun-filled family autumn activity day on Tuesday 25 October at their Exmoor site in the Lorna Doone Valley.
The day is free to attend and will feature a wide range of nature and craft activities from wood whittling and pyrography to river dipping with the National Trust rangers.
The National Trust has opened the Buttery tea-room at Lorna Doone Valley, meaning visitors to the North Devon coast will be able to tuck into a top quality cream tea by the River Badgworthy, nestled in the dramatic Exmoor landscape that inspired RD Blackmore’s much loved book.
