Police are urging a driver to come forward after an elderly man was hit by a car following a football match in Plymouth last month.
The 86-year-old local man was stood on the pavement on Outland Road, opposite Home Park football ground, on Saturday 19 September at around 5pm, waiting for the park and ride service after the Plymouth Argyle versus Bristol Rovers game.
