Police seek local man for breach of bail

Police are seeking a 47-year-old man who is wanted after breaching his bail conditions.

David Dams is currently wanted by police after failing to abide by the conditions of his bail imposed by Torbay Magistrates in relation to a sexual assault.

He is described as a white man, 5’10” tall, of stocky build, with grey eyes, ginger hair, which is usually shaven, and ginger stubble.

He has numerous visible tattoos: dots behind the knuckles, the word "love", a bee and the word “hate” on his left hand; four dots behind the knuckles, the words “hate” and “love”, the letters “TNT” on the right hand; a “spiders web” and a “Celtic symbol” on his right arm and a female figure on the calf of his left leg.

He was last known to be living in Plymouth but has links to Barnstaple, Ilfracombe and Camborne.

Officers are proactively seeking to locate him and intend to arrest him once he is found.

Anyone who knows the current whereabouts of David Dams or has seen him recently, is asked to contact police on 101 quoting police reference 729 of 6th September 2013.

He is believed to be heading towards the Camborne area from Saltash at present.
