Man charged after fatal collision at Lee Mill

A man has been charged with causing death by dangerous driving following a collision which took place at Lee Mill in September 2014.

John Noble, 42, from Plymouth has been bailed to appear at South Devon Magistrates Court on Friday 13th March.

The collision took place just before 11am on Friday 5th September on the Exeter bound carriageway of the A38 near Lee Mill and involved a cyclist and lorry.

The cyclist, 58 year-old Chris Dennehy from Plympton, died following the collision.
