The family's tribute
"Tom Brady was involved in a tragic accident on Wednesday 14 August 2013. He was a loving husband, son, brother and father to three young children.
"Not only was he a hard working and considerate person, he was always ready to lend a hand, cheerful, intelligent, with lots of interests, with a great sense of humour.
"He will be greatly missed and totally irreplaceable. His family would like to express their thanks at the overwhelming messages and support that they have received at this sad time. It really shows how well thought of by all that knew him, and is a great comfort."
