£3,000 worth of belongings stolen from family car

Police are investigating the theft of more than £3,000 worth of belongings from a family car at a Plymouth hotel on Saturday [30 July].

The family had checked out of The Imperial hotel in Lockyer Street and packed their luggage in the car.

The black Ford Kia was entered by thieves after it was left unattended in the car park between 10.30am and 2.40pm.

Police are trying to find a van stolen from Pennygillam Industrial Estate.

The van was stolen during a burglary committed sometime between 6.15pm on Saturday 28th May and 9.15am on Sunday 29th May 2016.

The van (pictured) is liveried and the only one used by the company. Whilst it was stolen from Launceston, local police believe it may be in the wider Plymouth Area.

Police investigating a burglary at car dealership in Plympton are appealing for information about a stolen Land Rover Discovery.

The silver 4x4 (pictured), registration JW02 MZW, was stolen from Plympton Van and Car Sales on Valley Road sometime between 6.15pm on Thursday 12 November and 8.30am on Friday 13 November.

Appeal for dog to be returned after burglary

A dog stolen from a shed in Uglow Close, Camborne, at the weekend is still missing and officers are appealing for her to be returned.

On Sunday 27 April the owner came home at 11.45pm to find the window to the shed had been smashed and two Staffordshire Bull Terriers had been taken.

The ‘G’ registration white and red Yamaha TZR 125 (pictured) was stolen from a garage in Whitleigh between 4pm on 6 April and 12pm the following day.

Plymouth police are appealing for witnesses who may have seen a man and a woman carrying a large flat screen television and accompanied by a dog sometime between the 9th and 15th of April 2013.

The television and dog are thought to have been stolen from the Whitleigh and Whin Bank Road area of the city. Police say it is possible they were stolen from two different locations.
