Ocean Crescent, a landmark 122-apartment building currently undergoing a £1 million refurbishment, has appointed Heather Branson as its full-time concierge to ensure the smooth running of the building.
Heather, who also lives at Ocean Crescent, will manage the day-to-day running of the building, whilst also acting as a first point of contact for residents.
Ocean Crescent, which changed its name from Zero 4 following the acquisition by Burrington Estates and is currently undergoing a £1 million refurbishment, is officially due to launch today between 5.30pm and 7pm.

Plymouth property hunters are invited to the launch of a landmark apartment building at the heart of the city, which is currently undergoing a £1 million revamp following a buy-out by luxury property developer Burrington Estates.
The building, which is located opposite the Pavilions and close to the Millbay regeneration area, also benefits from 9,000 sq ft of space on the ground floor. Burrington Estates is in discussions with various synergistic prospective tenants from the leisure and retail sectors, including gym and business centre operators.
