Police name cyclist killed in A30 collision
Police have confirmed the name of the cyclist killed in a collision on the A30 near Lifton in Devon as Thomas Brady, 41.
Mr Brady was local and from Lifton.
The fatal incident occurred on Wednesday 14 August on the old A30 at Sprytown Cross near Lifton when a Citroen Saxo and a Giant Revel bicycle were involved in the collision.
Mr Brady was pronounced deceased at the scene.
The driver of the Citroen Saxo was treated by Ambulance personnel at the scene and then released.
Police from the Serious Collision Investigation Unit launched an appeal for witnesses to the incident and anyone with information is asked to contact them on 101 quoting police reference number 0545 140813.
