We are offering a Traineeship covering both the Electrical and Plumbing industry, which is running for 4 weeks starting from Tuesday 30th June 2015! This 4 week programme is designed to further your knowledge about both industries and increase your chance of starting an Apprenticeship and gaining employment.

The Traineeship offers candidates the opportunity to gain both theoretical knowledge and practical experience within both the Plumbing & Heating and/or Electrical Industry. The programme is designed to prepare the relevant candidate for a career within either industry, giving them the best possible chance of securing an apprenticeship and employment. The candidate will receive hands-on training in essential skills, Plumbing & Heating and Electrical terminology, Health & Safety, Moving and Lifting, plus real work experience to get the edge at interviews and the experience needed to succeed.

We are looking for motivated 16-24 year olds who want to increase work related skills and their chance of getting apprenticeship. Kit is supplied and travel is subsidised.

Our aim with the Traineeship is to help young people gain confidence, self-esteem and the experience to get a job. Our employers tell us that they prefer candidates with experience, so the programme will not only provide the trainee with training and work experience, but also interview and application skills with the increased opportunity of getting an Apprenticeship.
