Plymouth-based architects, 4D Architects Studio, is the latest tenant to join the thriving advanced engineering community at Plymouth Science Park.

4D Architects Studio provides professional architectural services across a range of sectors including healthcare, residential and student accommodation, industrial, commercial, medical, and retail, and uses the latest technology and software to deliver a high quality client-centric approach. 

Since the practice was set up in 2019 by Lee Cheetham and Ben Warren, 4D Architects have enjoyed steady business growth and have received multiple planning approvals, including housing developments providing over 150 homes, listed building approvals, and some commercial project approvals. The firm currently has over 200 modern homes and apartments being constructed on sites across the South West.

The move to Plymouth Science Park comes as the business continues to expand its operations and facilitate the growth of the team.
