Louise Lawrence joins development team at Vickery Holman

Leading commercial property consultants Vickery Holman are expanding their Development Consultancy team with the recruitment of Louise Lawrence.

Head of Development, Stephen Maycock, said ‘We are delighted to welcome Louise to the team who is going to provide much needed additional resource to look after our rapidly growing client base across the region.

Working across Devon, the recruitment of Louise means that we can enhance our existing development/land valuation and consultancy offering throughout the patch where we currently service a range of developer, landowner, lending, housing association and local authority clients’.

Louise comes with 5 years’ experience having previously worked at Savills and is a qualified development surveyor and Registered Valuer.

She comments, ‘I am thrilled to have joined Vickery Holman and am particularly excited about growing the development business across Devon. I am enthused about what I can bring to the role and look forward to helping our various clients with their land and property requirements.’

The Development team provide specialist services to clients including Red Book valuations, development appraisals, financial viability assessments, feasibility studies, strategic advice, and development land agency.
