Police in Plymouth are appealing for witnesses after a man was discovered seriously injured.
The ambulance service were called to West Hoe Road, Plymouth Hoe near to the wedding cake at around 9am on Friday 28th November after man identified as Thomas Willcocks, (pictured) aged 24 years was discovered with serious injuries.
