Christopher Arrowsmith has links to the Plymouth area
Police are appealing for information to locate 35-year-old Christopher Arrowsmith who is wanted on recall to prison and for breach of bail.
Arrowsmith, who was originally convicted for possession of drugs with intent to supply, has had his licence revoked. He has links to the Plymouth area.
