Weather threatens fireworks celebrations
The weather is threatening to turn fireworks celebrations for and Bonfire Night and Diwali into a damp squib.
Rain, heavy at times, is expected over south west England late on Sunday (see picture) before spreading eastwards to affect the rest of southern England overnight Sunday and through Monday morning.
The Met Office warns this additional rainfall, following recent wet weather, means that the public should be aware of the risk of localised flooding.
