Captains Day at Teign Valley Golf Club

This Saturday - 1st July - will see a gathering of 100 Teign Valley Golfers celebrating Captains Day 2023.

There will be a large array of prizes to be won including £10000 for a hole-in-one on the 10th hole.

This year's Men's Captain - Pete Layland - has organised sponsors for every hole which has covered the insurance in the event of an ace on any of the 5 par 3s and £1000 of prizes for the best and luckiest golfers on the day.

Whilst reults are being calculated there will also be a roulette tournament and charity auction raising funds for this year's club charity - Purple Angel Dementia Awareness.

The clubhouse bar and restaurant will be open all day to refresh players and visitors alike with a BBQ running on the patio
