Music and Dance night at Plympton Academy

Plympton Academy is hosting a Music and Dance night on Friday November 11 at 7.30pm.

More than eight bands will be taking part including the Sixth Form band Pheonix. They currently perform at open evenings, assemblies and public events.

Other bands taking to the stage on the night include the Year 7 and 10 band, a percussion group, a steel pan group, a choir and several solos and duets.

A Year 7 girl’s dance group, who are part of an extra-curricular dance club, have created a dance to the theme of the supernatural and there will also be a performance of street dance by two Year 10 students.

Tickets for the event are available from the school reception. They are £2 for adults and free for students and children.
