Sheridan signs striker Marvin Morgan
Plymouth Argyle have added another player to their ranks for the upcoming season. Striker Marvin Morgan has signed a two-year deal with the Pilgrims.
Manager John Sheridan recruited the 30-year-old who was released by Shrewsbury Town, with a view to adding more firepower to he squad.
Morgan has scored 40 goals in 107 Football League appearances. He began his career at non-league Wealdstone, followed by spells at Yeading and Woking in the Conference.
The 6ft 4in forward graduated to the Football League when he joined Aldershot in 2008 where he spent three seasons before signing for Shrewsbury Town who were promoted from League 2 that year. He scored 11 goals in the 2011/12 season and seven in League 1 last season.
