Regional housebuilder Allison Homes South West is selling the final homes at its Buttercross Meadow development in Somerton, which has quickly established a thriving community.

Michele Jones, Head of Sales at Allison Homes South West commented on the development: “Our Buttercross Meadow development has proved extremely popular, and with only two homes remaining, we are urging potential buyers to get in touch if they are interested in the area.

“Buttercross Meadow is a vibrant community, and it’s perfect for families and young professionals with links to the M5 and schools close by in the village of Somerton.

“We launched our development in Somerton in 2022, and we’ve enjoyed being able to contribute to the community ever since. At Allison Homes we take pride in being able to provide quality new homes for everyone.”

The housebuilder has several different schemes available such as full value part-exchange, to help save on the costs and worries of moving. By reserving a new build, buyers will also benefit from an average saving of up to £140 a month on their energy bills, amounting to £1,685 a year, as unveiled in a report from the Home Builders Federation (HBF)1. The remaining home types are the ‘Winsford design’, a four-bedroom, two-bathroom property, perfect for family living. The ground floor benefits from a lounge which runs from the front to the rear and features French doors leading to the garden. The double-aspect kitchen dining room is a flexible space for entertaining.

Upstairs, the master features an ensuite. Bedrooms two and three are good-sized doubles whilst bedroom four is a generous single and can be utilised as an office or playroom to suit family needs.
