Housebuilder launches Black Friday Week scheme across South West developments

Regional housebuilder Allison Homes is launching a Black Friday Week* scheme across its various developments in Devon in which prospective buyers can secure their dream home for just £99 and receive a £1,000 John Lewis voucher.

As part of the Black Friday scheme, homebuyers will be able to reserve selected homes for £99 from Monday 20th to Monday 27th November. This one-off offer is only available to new homebuyers that reserve during these 8 days and this deal will be guaranteed on top of any other incentives the builder is offering online at that time.

Homebuyers who reserve at Allison Homes’ Weavers Place in North Tawton, High Moor View in Winkleigh or Foxglove View in Buckland Brewer across Black Friday week will then receive a £1,000 John Lewis voucher upon completion.

By reserving a new build Allison home, buyers will also benefit from an average saving of £135 a month on their energy bills, amounting to more than £1,600 a year, as announced in a recent report from the Home Builders Federation (HBF)1.
