Legal excellence recognized: double success for The Family Law Company
South West legal specialist The Family Law Company is celebrating two successes in the national Family Law Awards.
Imran Khodabocus was named Family Law Partner of the Year. Imran heads up the firm’s Private Law and Domestic Abuse team; for this award, he was recognized for his contribution to raising awareness of honour based abuse, and his current focus on providing and promoting training about the issue for frontline workers.
He was also recognized for his work internally; as Chair of the company’s internal Training and Development committee, Imran has put in place a new training structure that provides support and opportunities for team members to develop their skills.

The New Client Team scooped Legal Support Team of the Year, the second year in a row that The Family Law Company has had success in this category, which recognises the supporting acts that are so important to the legal sector.
Comprising the ‘First Impressions’ Team, the initial contact for client enquiries, and the Client Call Team who respond to these enquiries, the team has revolutionized the early client experience, making sure that the process for clients, who are often emotionally distressed, is as smooth as possible.

It’s great to see this recognised by The Family Law Awards.

Imran, along with Jessica Everett, Jess Hammett and Ruth Mingo from the Client Team were on hand to receive their awards, presented by comedian and awards host Lucy Porter. The awards event was held at the Park Plaza Westminster Bridge.
