New appointment at Sphere Solutions

Sphere Solutions, the Plymouth construction industry recruitment agency, has further strengthened its management team with the appointment of Helen Rosborough as Business Improvement Manager.

A Civil Engineer by qualification and early career, Helen joins Sphere from global recruitment company CDI AndersElite. 

Prior to entering the specialist engineering and construction recruitment industry, she worked on major engineering projects for both Hyder consulting and Balfour Beatty.

In her new role Helen is working closely with Sphere founders James Hughes and James Parsons on business development strategy and change management at the fast growing agency which is predicting a turnover of £21 million by year end 2014/15.
